Ofqual’s (for boards like EDEXCEL) teacher assessed grading system announced for schools in the UK

Students under the Ofqual banner in the UK had gotten their exams cancelled and replaced by another grading system This replacement grading system is a teacher assessed grading system that does not use any computer generated algorithms to grade the students but individual boards may vary in their methods

The final grades will be decided by standardization of teacher-submitted grades to ensure they are fair. Students can apply for a re-evaluation if they feel they have been marked incorrectly/unfairly.  It was also announced that the teachers would have to submit their grades by the 18th of June and results days will remain as previously announced – A-levels on August 24 and GCSEs on August 27.
